Chrism Milam and White Rocks Entertainment LLC want to build a 10,000-seat outdoor amphitheater, a luxury hotel, and 650 condos on land surrounded on three sides by the Barton Creek Habitat Preserve — home to the endangered Golden-cheeked Warbler. The noise, light, and pollution from this resort would threaten wildlife in a 4,000-acre preserve that's been protected for over 30 years.
